we want you to be happy with what you get. If something shows up broken, not working right,
or just plain wrong, reach out and we’ll figure it out together. Here’s the deal:
● You’ve got 3 days from the day your package lands on your doorstep to tell us there’s a
problem.
● The item has to be unused, unworn, and back in its original box or bag.
● We only take returns or exchanges if we messed up — damaged item, defective product,
or wrong thing sent.
● Anything custom-made, personalized, or made just for you? Those are final sales unless
there’s a clear flaw in the manufacturing.
● Gift cards are also final. No refunds, no trades, no cashing them out.
● We might ask you for a receipt and a couple of photos so we can see what went wrong.
● If the mistake was ours, we’ll cover return shipping. If not, you’d have to pay for it.
● Once we get the item back and take a look at it, we’ll issue your refund or exchange.
● Just email our customer support with your order number and we’ll take it from there.
