• Washing: Gently hand wash in cold water or opt for professional dry cleaning. If machine washing, use a gentle cycle with similar colors.
• Stain Removal: Spot-treat makeup, oil, and other stains with a suitable stain remover before washing.
• Fabric Protection: Do not bleach or wring the fabric to maintain its quality, color, and texture.
• Drying: Air dry in the shade or tumble dry on low heat, following the garment’s care requirements.
• Ironing: Iron on low heat to preserve the fabric’s smooth finish and elegant drape.

Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly arrange a return or exchange.

Incorrect Size: If you receive an incorrect size due to an error on our part, we will arrange an exchange.

Damaged Items: Damage caused by mishandling after delivery is not covered under our return or exchange policy.

We do our best to show the true colour of every abaya. However, the actual colour may look slightly different from the photos due to lighting, photography and your device's screen settings.

Minor differences in embroidery, stitching or fabric texture may also occur, as each piece is made in small batches.
